Let’s start with I bit of myself, haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time (just about 5 years, I have anxiety, can’t express how afraid I’m at a dentist,) needless to say, I was very nervous about finally going back and possibly hearing so many issues. My experience at this office was really amazing, first of all, over the phone with a wonderful, so professional lady (Allison) that made all the difference for me, I felt so comfortable from that moment on, made my appointment and walked in few days later, they made me feel very at ease upon beginning my X-rays and cleaning with Samantha, that was very gentle with me. DR. David come in and check it everything, although I do have some small cavities and will need crown work done, I feel so much better knowing that I have found a great new dentist and they are helping me to get back on track. I would definitely highly recommend this office to anyone.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Everything in this office is run the way it should be. Friendly, courteous staff, appointment reminders, excellent bedside manner by Dr. Frechtman, modern and well equipped office - comfortable is not a word I would ever associate with a dental visit, but it is apropos here. Dr. Frechtman made sure that I was comfortable throughout the visit, and did such a good job fitting my temporary crown that I do not notice it all. This was a first visit to this dentist for me but I was so impressed I called my wife right after my appointment to make sure that she schedules her checkups and dental appointments here.

I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at Frechtman Family Dental. I had an appointment on August 19th 2017 at 8am. Allison is wonderful! She takes care of setting appointments and payments. She's the first person I see when I walk in and she always has a smile on her face(even at 8am). She's warm and welcoming and sets the tone for a great dental visit. I've had X-rays and cleanings from Marisa and Michele and you can't go wrong with either of them, they both are exceptional dental hygienist. Marisa gave me a helpful tip regarding drinking tea through a straw to reduce staining, and it worked! Dr. David Frechtman is a class act. He always gives me thorough exams and does remarkable dental work. He is kind, conversant and thoughtful, he explains everything in detail so I'm fully aware of everything during the exam and he always asks how my family is doing(I really appreciate that). Dr. Saul Frechtman is awesome as well, they really care about their patients. Every experience is phenomenal. If you're looking for a dental home Frechtman Family Dental is a great choice. I trust him and from the moment I enter the office, am greeted by his friendly staff. I used to dread having my teeth cleaned, but Marissa, the hygienist, is friendly, very caring and does an excellent job - and doesn't bawl me out if I haven't kept my teeth the way I should. She also educates me on the proper way to care for my teeth and gums and I'm very comfortable under her care. The office, including the restroom, is spotless and comfortable - plus I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes for Marissa to keep my appointment on schedule. I'm also impressed with the oral (mouth) exam that Dr. David gives - for it's thorough and I go away assured that I'm A-O.K.

Mission Accomplished. Went in for a cleaning and to have a bit of a toothache looked into and was able to have all taken care of same afternoon. Marisa always does a great job knowing I can be nervous in a dentist office. Anna was great with the X rays and Dr. David cured the pain. Great team !!!

Dr. David is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very caring and gentle. He makes sure everything is perfect before you leave his office. I would gladly recommend him to anyone and I have. He is just the best.
